Injective inj
What is Injective?
Injective (INJ) is a high-performance, interoperable Layer 1 blockchain purpose-built for finance. It features an on-chain orderbook exchange, MEV-resistant frequent batch auctions, and cross-chain interoperability.
What problem does Injective solve?
Traditional blockchains require applications to recreate financial infrastructure. Injective embeds finance-specific modules directly into the chain, including orderbook, derivatives, oracle, and auction functionality.
How does Injective work?
Injective uses custom Tendermint proof-of-stake. Validators stake INJ. The exchange protocol supports a fully on-chain orderbook with frequent batch auctions for MEV-resistant ordering. INJ is used for gas, governance, and collateral.
