RE is the governance token of Re Protocol, an Ethereum-based reinsurance protocol. It's an ERC-20 with fixed 1B supply used for governance voting, staking, and committees.

Re Protocol brings stablecoin-funded collateral for real reinsurance onchain. RE provides governance for this infrastructure.

RE is used for stake-to-vote governance, committee participation, and protocol decisions. Fixed supply, no inflation. Re Protocol uses stablecoin capital for reinsurance collateral.
